At Barron Heating, our Home Performance Technician will:  Consistently maintain a ‘customer-first’ perspective;  Establish a good working relationship with all team members;  Support co-workers while providing world-class customer service;  Maintain Barron standards of exceptional quality and workmanship;  Operate truck-mounted and portable vacuum equipment to clean HVAC systems;  Modify and replace air ducts, as necessary, to repair duct systems;  Perform National Air Duct Cleaners (NADCA) Air Duct Cleaning (ADC) on duct systems;  Aeroseal existing duct systems using patented sealing equipment and aerosolized sealant;  Diligently follow scheduling, service quality control, and customer relations procedures;  View all services through the ‘beyond the box’ perspective – communicate how a properly functioning system benefits the comfort, health, and energy efficiency of the home;  Be prepared to offer and execute innovative solutions to homeowner challenges;  Exceed the Customer’s expectations for quality and value;  Participate in all required training and skill development programs;  Individually track and measure your targets while working to improve performance;  Provide industry-leading services while/meeting exceeding individual KPIs’;  Exhibit a “Team Barron” attitude;  Share Barron’s mission of Improving Lives™. Compensation:  Full-time  Hourly Required Skills and Qualifications:  Be capable of climbing on roof top structures and into attic/crawl spaces, as work requires;  Valid driver’s license and clean driving record;  High School diploma or GED;  Must be at least 18 years of age;  Legally entitled to work in the United States;  Pre-employment drug screening.
